About Jigyasa
Jigyasa (pronounced as Jig’ yä sä) in Sanskrit, the language of ancient India means "Desire for Knowledge".

Jigyasa was started in 2001 in Singapore. We work with organizations both big and small, with or without a human resources department who fervently believe that it is only through their people that they can gain a competitive edge in the market place.
What do we believe in?

The "Power of expectations" is well known, made famous in the movie "My Fair Lady". On an individual level, the faith and belief in our abilities has carried many of us forward to positions where we are today. We believe that organizations too can be transformed through the fostering of this positive spirit.

Whether we talk of expansion, change, transformation or translating the vision or strategies, only people can make them happen. Only people can make a sustainable difference.
The Team

Anupam Jalote

Anupam Jalote is a telecom industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in various leading companies such as Bharti Airtel Ltd, Escotel Mobile Services Ltd and VSNL (Videsh Sanchar Nigam Ltd.)

In his previous position as Chief Process Officer, he led Service Strategy for Bharti Airtel Limited, a $5 billion full service telecom service provider with over 60 million subscribers.

A techno-commercial expert, he has headed national customer operations for mobile, fixed line as well as corporate data and carrier customers. Within the telecom domain, he has worked in the fields of profit center operations, sales, product management, marketing, project management, carrier operations, customer service operations, and customer strategy. His experience across domains, functions and levels in the telecom industry provides him with a unique and holistic perspective of the entire industry.

After two decades of working very closely with people, technology, processes and strategy, Anupam has developed a very keen instinct for quickly picking up what is working well in an organisation, and what needs to be improved.
